Refund & Returns Policy for Titan Emporium
1. Returns
Eligibility:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items included.
Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.
Exceptions:
Special order items, custom-configured products, and perishable goods are generally not returnable.
Air compressors that have been used or installed may not be eligible for return.
Spare parts that have been installed or show signs of wear may not be eligible for return.
Return Process:
Contact Titan Emporium customer service to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the RMA number.
Ship the item back to Titan Emporium at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2. Refunds
Processing Time:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Refund Amount:
The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item, minus any restocking fees (if applicable).
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Restocking Fees:
A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to returns of certain items, such as air compressors or special order items.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover any return shipping costs.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time before it has shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
