1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is The Titan Emporium. Website: www.titanemporium.co.za. Competition email: [email protected].

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on 1 June 2026 and closes on 6 July 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

3. Platforms

This competition applies to LinkedIn and Facebook only. Entries submitted through other platforms may not be accepted unless The Titan Emporium confirms otherwise in writing.

4. Prizes

The competition prizes are 1 x TryComp 7.5kW Rotary Screw Compressor and 1 x FINI Advanced Piston Compressor. The Titan Emporium reserves the right to replace a prize with a similar product of equal or similar value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Prize Exclusions

Unless confirmed in writing by The Titan Emporium, the prize excludes delivery, installation, electrical connection, pipework, airline installation, compressor oil, filters, accessories, air receiver registration or inspection where applicable, site preparation, additional labour, travel, accommodation, and call-out costs.

6. Warranty and Service Requirements

The prize will be subject to the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty terms. Warranty may require correct installation, correct electrical supply, correct operating environment, correct service intervals, approved parts and service procedures, and proof of maintenance records. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, poor maintenance, electrical faults, overloading, unauthorised modification, or operation outside product specifications may void the warranty.

7. Who May Enter

The competition is open to South African residents and South African businesses. Entrants must be 18 years or older. The Titan Emporium may request proof of identity, business details, or proof that the entrant is authorised to enter on behalf of a business.

8. Who May Not Enter

Employees, directors, members, shareholders, agents, representatives of The Titan Emporium, immediate family members of these persons, suppliers directly involved in running the competition, and any person who does not meet the entry requirements may not enter.

9. How to Enter

Participants must follow The Titan Emporium page on LinkedIn or Facebook, like the competition post, share the competition post, tag 6 business owners or 6 businesses, comment why their business needs a compressor, and email proof of entry to [email protected].

10. Extra Entries

Additional entries may be awarded to customers who book an air compressor service, request a quote, purchase compressor parts, purchase compressor accessories, or purchase compressor service work during the competition period. The Titan Emporium reserves the right to determine how extra entries are allocated and verified.

11. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected after the closing date from valid entries. The Titan Emporium may use a random draw, business motivation review, or a combination of valid engagement, proof of entry and business motivation. The Titan Emporium's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the final result.

12. Winner Announcement

The winner will be announced on The Titan Emporium's official LinkedIn and/or Facebook page. The Titan Emporium may also contact the winner by email, phone, WhatsApp, or direct message. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 working days, or fails to provide required verification information, The Titan Emporium may select another winner.

13. Verification of Entries

The Titan Emporium reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify incomplete, false, misleading, fraudulent, automated, spam, fake, irrelevant, or invalid entries.

14. Personal Information

By entering, entrants agree that The Titan Emporium may collect and process their personal information for administering the competition, verifying entries, contacting entrants, selecting and announcing winners, arranging prize handover, and sending relevant product, service, quote and marketing communication where consent has been provided. The Titan Emporium will process personal information in line with applicable South African privacy laws.

15. Social Media Disclaimer

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Participants release these platforms from any responsibility or liability relating to the competition.

16. Prize Collection or Delivery

The winner must make arrangements with The Titan Emporium for prize collection or delivery. Unless The Titan Emporium confirms otherwise in writing, delivery and installation costs are excluded from the prize.

17. Prize Transfer

The prize may not be exchanged for cash and may not be transferred, sold, or substituted by the winner without written approval from The Titan Emporium.

18. Limitation of Liability

The Titan Emporium will not be liable for incorrect installation, electrical faults, misuse, damage after handover, business interruption, loss of income, injury, damage, or loss caused by improper use, or any costs not specifically included in the prize.

19. Changes to the Competition

The Titan Emporium reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or cancel the competition due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, operational requirements, legal requirements, product availability, fraud, or platform-related issues.

20. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
